The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • Do I need to be home for the Cleaning?
    Not at all. You can provide a changeable and safe door or garage code. As long as you have arranged access for us, you don't have to be at home.
  • Pets, What do I do with Them?
    On your cleaning day, please, kennel or secure your dogs, and make sure we know if you have any cats that like to escape. If your pet is100% friendly when you are gone, let us know and we will be happy to love on it.

Cancellation Policy

If something comes up that causes a conflict in your cleaning schedule, simply give us a call. We appreciate a 72-hour notice, but understand that some situations are unavoidable. When shorter notice is given, however, we may charge a small fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We give you our Done Right Promise so that you know we’ll give you the best cleaning possible. If you notice anything missed within 24 business hours, just let us know! We’ll be back out to fix it.

What products do you use?

We only use organic, 100% chemical free cleaning products. Health is very important for us, we use only hypoallergenic,baby- and pet friendly products.
